Meeting Rooms

 *Please note that our meeting rooms are only available at the Sturgeon Falls Branch.

There are two rooms available for rent:

Auditorium - with a capacity of up to 100 persons

Boardroom - with a capacity of up to 20 persons

Our meeting room facilities are available to groups or organizations interested in the promotion of educational, cultural, and leisure activities in the form of meetings, seminars, and workshops in accordance with our policy as established by the Library Board. The Library has the right to refuse this service to any organization/meeting type that does not align with our set policy. Please contact the Sturgeon Falls Branch for more information.

Fee Schedule (per meeting room)

*Please note that the same rates apply for both the auditorium and boardroom.

**Room bookings cannot be made for Sundays, Mondays, and all statutory holidays.

Non-Profit Organizations & Community Groups

**All rental fees include the use of the kitchen if needed.

-$10.00 per half day or evening

-$20.00 per full day

-$25.00 per full day plus evening

*Please note that a surcharge of $25.00/hour will be added to room rental fees for any reservations that exceed the Library's opening and/or closing hours.

Business, Commercial or Profit-Making Groups

**Use of kitchen is $10.00 if needed.

-$20.00 per half day or evening

-$30.00 per full day

-$35.00 per full day plus evening

*Please note that a surcharge of $25.00/hour will be added to room rental fees for any reservations that exceed the Library's opening and/or closing hours

Making a Reservation

Reservations can be made over the telephone, in person, or the reservation form can be completed and e-mailed to mail@wnpl.ca. Please read the rules and regulations governing the use of the rooms before confirming your reservation.

In order for a reservation to be guaranteed, the Library must receive a signed copy of the reservation form.
