Donations
Looking to donate your books? Thank you for thinking of us. Please follow the following guidelines before donating.

Please call your local branch to let them know about the items you're looking to donate.

Donations can only be made during hours of operations. Do not leave donations in the book drop or at the entrance.

All donations will be assessed and approved/denied:
Approved
All approved donations will be cataloged and distributed to it's best fit location.
Denied
-
If requested, the denied donation(s) can be returned to the individual.

If donation(s) is still in good condition, may be sold in the Library's book sale.

If donation(s) is still in good condition, may be sent to Better World Books to be sold with a portion of profits returning to the Library.

If donation(s) is not in good condition, will be properly discarded.
Donations accepted

Books: published in the last 5 years, in good condition (see "Donations not accepted" for exceptions).

DVD's & Blu-ray's: released in the last 5 years, with original case, cover and in good condition.

Other donations: please contact your local library for any further questions.
Donations not accepted
Books
-
published later than the last 5 years,
-
textbooks, encyclopedias or dictionaries,
-
in bad condition (water damaged, missing/falling pages, pieces of pages missing, damaged cover, odor, writing in/on book, etc.,
-
stored in garage, basement, or storage facility for a long period of time.
DVD's & Blu-ray's
-
released later than the last 5 years,
-
in bad condition (disc is very scratched or dented),
-
burnt or copied.
