Who can join?

Membership is free of charge for the residents of West Nipissing or anyone who pays municipal property taxes to this municipality. Proof of current address is required. The proof of address can be a driver's licence, any item mailed to your current address, a rent receipt, a tax bill or a lease agreement. If you are under the age of 16, parental consent will be required.

If you are not a resident of West Nipissing, you may purchase a Non-resident Membership for $24.00 per year.

If you are in the area for a short period of time or for the summer, you may purchase a Temporary Membership for $15.00. At the end of your stay, bring us back your card and we will refund you $10.00.

Where can I use my card?

You may use your card at any of our five branches.

What if I forget my card?

If you want to borrow materials you must bring your library card. The barcode on your card is the key to your patron account and the borrowing of the materials from the collections.

What if I lose my card?

Materials borrowed on your card is your responsibility unless the card has been reported lost or stolen. Please report a lost or stolen card immediately to prevent its use by others. Replacement cards are $2.00.
